Onsite Training/ Oversea trainings "Eagle Plan"

Throughout years, EBS organized over 100 internal lectures, several sessions of new staff training, and 19 sessions of academic external training covering various topics. These comprehensive training sessions provided Iraqi employees with valuable opportunities for professional growth and career development, consolidating essential skills for their work in oil operations.

3 batches of overseas trainings "Eagle Plan" have been completed in Chengdu, China, more than 50 Iraqi staff participant this project, which provided comprehensive technical and managerial training courses related to the latest technology innovation in Oil and Gas Industry.
