Scale Inhibitor

This chemical is used for crude oil pretreatment heat exchange network fouling control due to inorganic contaminant precipitation or organic species fouling on equipment or piping surface. It helps to extend equipment run-length, improve safety, maintain high heat exchange efficiency and reduce energy cost.

Injection and Dosage:

It can be injected with pure chemical or added with corresponding process stream with chemical pump. It needs to be injected into pipeline before where fouling occurs and use injection quill to make sure chemical are well distributed.
